When a seller contracts a home inspection, I will plant a pre-inspected sign next to the Realtor’s sign, to alert potential buyers that the home already has been inspected. There are many advantages to seller inspections.
Home Shopper:
Once a home shopper is serious about a property, we will conduct a FREE walk through with the customer, identifying any major problems, with the understanding we will return for a full inspection when the home is ready to go on the market.
New Home warranty:
Living in a new home with a one-year builder’s warranty? Have it inspected during the eleventh month to ensure there are no deficiencies before the warranty expires.
Home wellness checkup
For people who are happy in their present homes. An eleven-point inspection of a home’s major components identifies potential problems and helps owners budget for looming major repairs. This inspection is not as comprehensive as the full inspection and is offered at a reduced price

Suspect a mold problem in your home? We offer comprehensive visual inspections to identify moisture problems, which are the main cause of inside mold growth. Our inspections include air, surface, and wall cavity sampling tests, spore counts, and mold type identification.
